Pandemic Times Tip #3 , A Gratitude Poster

This is clearly a challenging time for most of us. In some way all of our experiences, patterns, lives and relationships have been effected by this pandemic. During challenging time it can help to re frame our perspective and focus on healthy positive things. There is clearly a place for acknowledging the “bad”, but it s vital to our health to also focus on the “good”. Make a gratitude poster. This is simply a painting of a sky with sun and clouds. Then with a pen write positive things all over. I certainly felt better after making one and that is worth something.
